Applicant qualifications include:

• Strict limits on moving violations and accidents, regardless of fault, as required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Physical examinations and drug screening tests in compliance with Department of Transportation guidelines, as required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Road tests to determine competencies, as required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.

In-depth training programs help our drivers maintain safe driving habits and transportation techniques. In addition, we consistently monitor driver compliance with our safety programs.

The company conducts a safe-driving program with incentives at various mileage levels. Safe drivers receive incentives based on their driving records, as well as recognition in company publications.
